Jaguar XK (XK8 and XKR) – a series of sports cars produced since 1996 by the British company Jaguar. The car was offered in coupé and cabriolet versions. In the years 2005 – 2014, the second generation XK was produced, which was the first Jaguar car with an 8-cylinder engine called the Jaguar AJ-V8. The Jaguar XK is a typical sports car, continuing the E-Type series. The weight of the vehicle was reduced by the use of an aluminum body.
The Jaguar XK has a capacity of 4196 – 5000 cc and a power output of 298 – 550 hp.
